1. Agreement

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

2. Products and specifications

Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and performance figures are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We continually improve our equipment and may change specifications without notice. Images are representative; supplied configuration may vary. If an exact specification is critical to your application, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and freight unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. Items marked "Request a Quote" are priced individually. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the incorrect price.

4. Taxes

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you place the order. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate before ordering; tax cannot be refunded retrospectively on an already invoiced order without a valid certificate.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept it and confirm it in writing. We may decline an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to deliver to the address given.

6. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders from approved commercial and institutional accounts. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider's encrypted page. Deposits may be required on custom builds and large fleet orders and will be stated on the quote. Title to goods passes on receipt of payment in full.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; please inspect shipments and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

8. Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Custom and made-to-order goods are generally non-returnable once production has started.

9. Limited warranty

We warrant that equipment supplied will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the relevant product page, from the date of delivery. Our obligation under this warranty is limited, at our option, to repairing the item, supplying replacement parts, or replacing the item. This warranty does not cover consumable and wear items, damage caused by misuse, incorrect chemicals, inadequate maintenance, accident, or unauthorised modification or repair. To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Product safety

Cleaning equipment must be operated only by trained personnel in accordance with the operator manual supplied with the machine. Read the manual and all safety labels before first use. Observe warnings on electrical safety, battery handling and charging, slip hazards on wet floors, and chemical compatibility. Use only cleaning chemicals compatible with the machine's tanks, seals and pumps. Do not remove guards or defeat safety interlocks. You are responsible for ensuring operators are trained and that use complies with applicable workplace safety rules.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, product photography, illustrations, layouts, logos and the Avyro name — is the property of Avyro Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful or harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the site's operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyro Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime, arising from the use of this website or of goods supplied. Our total liability arising out of any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving that jurisdiction.
