How we build our equipment
Our manufacturing process is deliberately simple and deliberately documented. Every machine follows the same six stages, and every stage leaves a record on the build sheet that travels with the unit.
Specification
Deck width, tank capacity, power source and brush configuration are fixed against the application before anything is cut.
Fabrication
Frames, chassis and tank assemblies are cut, formed and welded, then finished with powder coat or polished stainless depending on the model.
Assembly
Drive systems, brush motors, vacuum motors, wiring harnesses and controls are installed on the line by the same technicians who service them.
Wet and electrical test
Machines are filled, run and water-tested. Solution flow, recovery, squeegee pickup, charging and control functions are checked and logged.
Quality check and documentation
Each unit is inspected against its build sheet and shipped with an operator manual, parts list and safety instructions.
Crating and freight
Machines are strapped and crated for LTL freight. Hand tools, carts and consumables are packed for parcel carriers.
Materials we use
- Roto-moulded polyethylene tanks on scrubbers and extractors
- 304 stainless steel on washdown and food-area equipment
- Powder-coated steel frames and chassis on floor machines
- Impact-resistant ABS and polypropylene on carts, buckets and housings
- Non-marking polyurethane squeegee blades and castors
Testing on every unit
- Solution flow and recovery vacuum lift
- Squeegee pickup across a wet test lane
- Battery charge cycle and run-time verification on powered machines
- Electrical continuity and ground checks on corded equipment
- Leak check on all tanks, hoses and fittings
Custom builds
Where a standard configuration doesn't fit the facility, we build to specification: alternative deck widths, brush and pad grades, tank chemistries, cart layouts, colourways and fleet-marking. Custom builds are quoted individually with a written lead time before production starts.
Documentation and safety
Every machine ships with an operator manual covering safe operation, pre-use checks, battery handling and chemical compatibility, plus an illustrated parts list with the part numbers you'll need for routine service. Operators should read the manual before first use and follow all posted warnings.
Warranty
Machines carry a written limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage periods and exclusions are listed on each product page and in our Terms & Conditions. Wear items such as brushes, pads, blades and filters are consumables and are not covered.
