Frequently asked questions
Ordering, payment, delivery, returns and service — the questions we're asked most often.
Do I have to create an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. You'll receive your order details by email, and you can reference your order number for any follow-up.
Why do some products show 'Request a Quote' instead of a price?
Larger industrial machines are configured to the application — deck width, tank capacity, power source and accessories all change the price. Rather than publish a figure that won't match your build, we quote those units individually.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for approved commercial and institutional accounts. Payment details are entered on an encrypted page; we do not store full card numbers.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state and local rates. The exact amount is shown before you place the order. Tax-exempt organisations should contact us with their exemption certificate before ordering.
How long will my order take?
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order machines carry a lead time stated on the product page, and custom builds have a lead time confirmed on your quote. Transit time is additional.
Do you deliver to a loading dock?
Freight shipments are curbside or dock delivery. You'll need a dock, a forklift, or liftgate service added to the order. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
What should I do if equipment arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. We handle the carrier claim and repair or replace the goods at no cost to you.
Can I return a machine?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization, in new resalable condition with original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to uncrated or used machines. Custom builds are not returnable.
What does the warranty cover?
A written limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, with the coverage period stated on each product page. Wear items — brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters and belts — are consumables and are not covered.
Do you stock replacement parts?
Yes. Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters, hoses and other wear items are stocked for the machines we ship, with part numbers listed in every operator manual.
Can you build a machine to my specification?
Yes. We build custom deck widths, tank materials, brush grades, cart layouts, stainless configurations and fleet markings. Send the application and we'll return a written quote with a lead time.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, from 10 units and on fleet standardisation programmes across multiple sites. Request a quote with the quantity and delivery schedule.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States; Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually.
How do I update or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at +1 843-631-3034 or info@avyroenterprises.com with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order before it enters production or ships.
