Custom builds and commercial-quantity orders
When the standard configuration or the standard quantity doesn't fit, we quote the job directly. You get a written specification, a unit price, a freight figure and a lead time before anything is committed.
Custom specification
A single machine configured outside our standard options — deck width, tank chemistry, brush grade, cart layout, stainless upgrade or fleet marking.
Quoted individually; lead time confirmed in writing
Bulk & commercial quantities
Multiple units of the same item — mop systems, buckets, carts, vacuums or consumables — for a site rollout or a season of contract work.
Volume pricing from 10 units; consolidated freight
Fleet standardisation
One specification deployed across several facilities, with matched parts kits, shared consumables and staggered delivery dates.
Scheduled releases against a single agreed price

Pricing and terms
Volume pricing is based on quantity, configuration and delivery schedule. All prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at invoicing based on the delivery address.
Custom and made-to-order units are produced to your specification and are generally not returnable once production starts. The return terms that apply to your order are stated on the quote before you approve it — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the standard terms.
Payment options for commercial accounts
- Credit or debit card at checkout
- ACH bank transfer against invoice
- Purchase order for approved commercial and institutional accounts
Deposits may be required on custom builds and large fleet orders. Any deposit terms are stated on the quote.
