Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States. Machines travel by LTL freight; tools, parts and consumables travel by parcel carrier. All rates below are in US dollars.

Rates

  • Standard ground freight: $149.00 on orders under $2,500.00
  • Standard ground freight included on orders of $2,500.00 or more
  • Expedited freight (2–3 business days): additional $185.00

The exact freight charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. Oversized, multi-machine and remote-destination shipments may be quoted individually; we will confirm any adjustment with you before processing.

Lead times

  • In-stock items: typically ship within 2–3 business days of order
  • Made-to-order machines: lead time is stated on the product page and confirmed on your order
  • Custom builds: lead time is confirmed in writing on your quote

Transit time is additional to the lead time and depends on carrier and destination. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed when your shipment leaves our facility. Freight carriers contact you to arrange a delivery appointment for machine shipments.

Freight delivery requirements

LTL freight is a curbside or dock service. Please make sure the delivery site has one of the following:

  • A loading dock, or
  • A forklift and an operator available at the delivery appointment, or
  • Liftgate service added to the order (available at additional cost)

Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Redelivery fees charged by the carrier for missed appointments are passed on at cost.

Inspect before you sign

Inspect the crate and the machine in the driver's presence. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a freight claim. Damage discovered after a clean signed receipt is much harder to recover from the carrier.

Addresses we ship to

  • Commercial and residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska and Hawaii: quoted individually before processing
  • PO boxes: parcel items only, not machines
  • International shipping is not offered at this time. Contact us to discuss options.
